A customer contacted us stating they just had a regas at a major car servicing center and their air con was still not working after paying £140 for the new R1234yf gas.
We took the gas out of her gar and only had 60 grams of gas, so we did a leak test and no leaks were found. she also stated it was not blowing cold when leaving the service center.
We regased her car and it was blowing cold as it should be. We advised her to return to the original service center and request a full refund, as they only put a small amount of gas in her system, not the full 500g.
